TERMS AND CONDITIONS PURCHASING.

When placing an order for a custom TDE piece a process is set in motion that typically takes on average 8/10 weeks to delivery ( In stock items ship within 2 days and deliver on average to the EU in 7 days) This process time however can increase or be delayed based on a multitude of factors outside of our control however we always endeavour to get any delays resolved as quickly as possible. Once an order is placed parts and raw stock levels are adjusted accordingly which means any cancellations can massively disrupt our building process so for this reason TDE does not accept any cancellations or refunds at any point in the purchasing process. Due to demand TDE holds limited raw parts levels so each order is built and coated just for you.

Once your order is placed your build slot is placed into a que and regardless of size receives the same high quality standards of finish and care all our products receive. If any change is required after ordering please email our offices directly as soon as possible from time of order and we will do our best to implement the changes. Please note that once items reach there coating stage we cannot make changes and if the changes are required at an advanced stage a charge may be incurred.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES:

If you place an order outside of the EU customs and duties are built into our shipping prices.

However recipients in these countries may be liable for tax once the items arrives into their country which is the recipients sole responsibility for which they will be contacted for by Customs.
